Tom James was born in New Jersey. He studied at the Art Students League and Rutgers University. He has participated as a member and received numerous awards from the New Jersey Watercolor Society and the prestigious Salmagundi Club of New York City. Tom’s style suits various types of collectors from large corporations to private homes.
